koiroto Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification

This page covers every money operation your koiroto account handles — from putting funds in to requesting a payout and keeping your identity verified. We support DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and bank transfer as your main deposit and withdrawal channels; each one sits inside the Cashier tab after you log in.

ADDING FUNDS

Putting Money Into Your koiroto Account

Adding funds starts at the Cashier tab — the one place where all your deposit channels appear in a single list. We have connected DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and standard bank transfer so you can pick whichever e-wallet you already use daily. Select the channel first, then enter the amount shown in the on-screen field; the system checks the minimum for that method and flags it if your number is below the threshold.

  • Log in and open Cashier

Go to your koiroto account, tap the Cashier tab at the top of the page, then select Deposit from the sub-menu. The channel list appears immediately with available methods for your account.

  • Choose your e-wallet or bank

Pick DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer. Each method shows its minimum deposit amount on the same screen — check the figure before entering your number to avoid a rejected request.

  • Enter the amount and confirm

Type the amount in the field, review the summary screen, then tap Confirm. You will be redirected to your chosen wallet or shown a QRIS code to scan. Complete the payment step inside that wallet app.

  • Balance updated in your account

Once the wallet confirms the transfer, your koiroto balance updates automatically. You can see the new figure on the account home and in Cashier history. If it does not update, note the reference code shown in your wallet receipt.

REQUESTING PAYOUTS

Moving Funds Out of Your koiroto Balance

Withdrawal requests start the same way deposits do — open Cashier, then choose Withdraw. Your account must have completed identity verification before the first withdrawal is released; this is a one-time step that stays active on your account from that point forward. After verification is in place, select the payout channel that matches the wallet you registered during account setup. We route payouts back to the same wallet or bank account associated with your koiroto profile, not to a third-party account.

  • Open Cashier and select Withdraw

Log in, tap Cashier, then choose Withdraw. The system checks that your account verification is complete before displaying the channel list. If verification is pending, you will see a prompt with the next step.

  • Pick your registered payout channel

Select the e-wallet or bank account linked to your profile — DANA, OVO, GoPay or your registered bank. Payouts go only to verified accounts registered under your own name; third-party accounts are not accepted.

  • Enter amount and review summary

Type the withdrawal amount, check the summary screen showing the destination and amount, then confirm. Your Cashier history will show a Pending status immediately after submission while the request enters review.

  • Track status in Cashier history

The status moves from Pending to Processing to Completed as the request clears. If the status is still Pending beyond the window shown on-screen, copy your transaction reference and bring it to support.

Verifying Your Identity on koiroto
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Verifying Your Identity on koiroto

Identity verification protects your balance from unauthorised withdrawal requests and keeps your account in good standing. We ask for a government-issued ID — KTP is the standard document for Indonesia — and in some cases a selfie holding that ID for visual confirmation. Upload both items through the Verification section inside your account settings; the review happens on our side and the result appears as a status label on the same page.

  • Open account Verification

Go to account settings after login and tap Verification. The page shows which documents are required and the current status of any submission already made.

  • Upload your KTP or valid ID

Attach a clear photo of your government-issued ID. Make sure all four corners are visible and the text is readable. Blurred images are returned for re-upload, which extends the review period.

  • Submit selfie if required

Some accounts require a selfie holding your ID to confirm the document belongs to you. Follow the on-screen framing guide; the image does not need to be studio quality, just clear enough to read your document.

  • Wait for status to update

The verification status updates in your account settings when review is complete. You do not need to contact support unless the status has not changed after the timeframe shown on the Verification page.

ACCEPTED CHANNELS

Payment Methods Inside koiroto Cashier

Every method below appears inside your Cashier tab exactly as labelled here. Pick the one that matches your active e-wallet or bank account. QRIS works with any compatible Indonesian wallet app that supports scan-to-pay — open your wallet, scan the code shown on screen, and the amount goes straight to your koiroto balance. For DANA, OVO and GoPay, the flow redirects you to that wallet's own confirmation screen before the transfer finalises. Bank transfer is available for accounts that prefer a non-wallet route; account numbers and transfer instructions appear on screen after you select that option.

  • DANA

Link your DANA wallet in Cashier to deposit and withdraw. The redirect flow takes you to DANA's own confirmation screen before the amount moves.

  • OVO

OVO deposits and withdrawals follow the same redirect model. Your OVO account must be registered under the same name as your koiroto profile.

  • GoPay

GoPay is available at Cashier for both deposit and payout requests. Confirm the amount inside the GoPay screen before approving the transfer.

  • QRIS

Scan the QRIS code shown in Cashier using any compatible Indonesian wallet. No redirect needed — approve inside your own wallet app.

  • Bank Transfer

Account numbers and transfer codes appear on screen after you select Bank Transfer. Use the reference code shown so our system matches your payment automatically.

TRANSACTION MATCHING

Matching Your Wallet Receipt to Your Account History

Every deposit and withdrawal your koiroto account processes generates a reference number on both sides — one inside your Cashier history and one in your e-wallet transaction log. When these two match, the transaction is confirmed. If your Cashier history shows a different status from what your wallet shows, the reference number is the key detail our support team uses to investigate. Keep your wallet receipt or a screenshot of the transaction confirmation until the Cashier status shows Completed.

  • Reference Number

Every transaction has a reference number visible in both Cashier history and your e-wallet app detail screen. Copy this number exactly — character for character — before contacting support about any delayed or unmatched transaction.

  • Status Labels Explained

Pending means the request is queued. Processing means it has been picked up for action. Completed means funds have moved. Rejected means it did not clear and the amount returns to your source wallet or balance.

  • Account History Location

Your full transaction log lives inside Cashier under the History tab. Filter by date or method to find a specific transfer. The list shows method, amount, reference and status for every request made on your account.

  • Evidence to Keep

Save your wallet receipt or a screenshot showing the reference number and amount until Cashier confirms Completed. This evidence is what support needs if a transfer does not appear in your account history within the expected window.

How We Keep Your Transactions Secure
ACCOUNT PROTECTION

How We Keep Your Transactions Secure

Security on your koiroto account runs across several layers that protect your balance from the moment you log in to the moment a payout clears. We verify the connection between your registered wallet and your account before processing any withdrawal, which means a payout cannot be redirected to a wallet or bank account that was not registered under your name during setup. On the access side, always confirm you are on koiroto before entering your credentials — the domain is the first check.

  • Domain Verification

Before logging in, confirm the address bar shows koiroto exactly. Phishing pages often copy the visual design but use a different domain. Bookmark the correct URL so you always open the right page without searching.

  • Identity Verification Layer

Withdrawal requests are matched against the verified identity on your account. If your KTP and account name do not match, the request is held for review — this step is protection for your balance, not a delay tactic.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmation

We only process payouts to wallets and bank accounts registered under your own name. This prevents an unauthorised party from redirecting your balance even if they access your account credentials temporarily.

  • Support Access for Disputes

If a transaction shows an unexpected status or your balance does not reflect a completed deposit, the Help section inside your account connects you to our support team. Have your reference number ready when you open a query.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Your koiroto Banking Questions, Answered

These questions come up most often when you are setting up your Cashier for the first time or managing a withdrawal after playing. If your question is not here, the Help section inside your account connects you directly to our support team with the context of your account already visible to them.

Which deposit methods are available on koiroto for Indonesia?

Your Cashier tab shows DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and bank transfer. Each method displays its minimum deposit amount at the point of selection. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions — check the Cashier tab for what is active on your account.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit through DANA or OVO?

The minimum for each method is displayed on the deposit screen after you select your channel. We do not publish a single fixed figure here because it can vary by method. Check the Cashier tab after login for the current threshold shown next to your chosen wallet.

Why is my withdrawal request still showing as Pending?

Pending means the request is queued for review. Check the timeframe shown on the confirmation screen — if that window has passed and the status has not moved to Processing, copy your reference number from Cashier history and bring it to our support team through the Help section.

Do I need to complete identity verification before I can withdraw?

Yes. Your first withdrawal triggers a check against the verification status on your account. If your KTP upload is still under review or has not been submitted, the request will be held. Complete the Verification step in account settings as early as possible to avoid any hold on payouts.

Can I use a different name on my wallet account than the one registered on koiroto?

No. We match the registered wallet name against the identity on your koiroto account. A name mismatch causes the withdrawal to be held for manual review. Register and verify the wallet that is under your own legal name to keep payouts processing without interruption.

My deposit went through in my DANA app but my koiroto balance has not updated — what should I do?

Open your DANA transaction detail and copy the reference number shown there. Then check Cashier history on koiroto for a matching reference. If no entry appears, contact support through the Help section with the reference number and the screenshot of your DANA receipt as evidence.
